We do accept ICBC claims, although we do not do direct billing - treatment must be paid in full at the appointment.

Cash or e-transfer is preferred, but all major credit cards also accepted.

Insurance

Most extended health plans cover RMT visits. This amount varies between plans; please consult your benefits provider for details. Abby Massage Collective currently offers direct billing services to those covered by Pacific Blue Cross and select therapists direct bill to other insurance companies. If you are covered by a different provider, you may be required to pay the full treatment cost and will be provided with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
